This amazing villa takes its name from the small village of Ronzano where it is located. The villa was an old typical tuscan stone house which has been nicely and recently restored and it is ideal for those people who wish to spend a peaceful holiday in Tuscany, far from the traffic and noises of the towns.
The property offers many comforts such as modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, internet connection, air conditioning, private swimming pool with a very well kept garden. Outdoors you can enjoy a dining area with nice garden furniture and also a spa will be at guest's disposal. The house has been decorated with a nice and elegant taste, using beautiful and fashion colours such as white, beige and light brown which give a warm and nice atmosphere.

The villa is divided in 2 floors and it can host up to 10 people. It offers 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms en suite.
The top floor of this luxurious villa offers astounding views over the land that extends from Lake Trasimeno to Arezzo, and in the distance you can admire the charming hill on top of which lies Cortona. On this floor, there are four stylishly decorated bedrooms each with bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have amazing ceilings with beautiful wood beams. The en suites are comfortable and are equipped as follows: three with shower and one with bath tub.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a cot/childbed could be available on request .
On the ground floor there is a very relaxing sitting area with comfortable divans and a charming fireplace. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and burner plates and a delightful open dining room. You will also find a half bath. The modern, chic décor in the living room creates a highly relaxing atmosphere. The ground floor exterior has a covered lounge area, nice furnished garden and swimming pool.
