Apartment Atena is located in the heart of the historic center of Cortona.
It has been renovated combining the traditional materials of Tuscan architecture with contemporary ideas and materials, modern amenities perfectly blend in creating environments rich in every comfort with high-level finishes and large spaces where you can spend moments of relaxation and discovery of the Tuscan lifestyle.
Apartment Atena offers also an Italian garden that develops on two levels. The lower level coincides with the living room and kitchen entrance and has a barbecue and dining area for alfresco dining. On the upper level of the garden, a beautiful stone fountain is used as an outdoor cold tub (not heated, length 3.50 meters - width 1.40 meters - fixed height 80 cm - open from April to November) characterized by hydromassage jets and fountains. Deck chairs and sun beds are available. The garden is fenced.
The house has a double entrance, and it spreads over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area that offers a marvelous ancient stone fireplace, complete with side seats and a sofa in front. Then we find the dining table with chairs and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, you will find a bright living room featuring sofas and complete with Smart TV. Also on the ground floor, we find the first of the two bedrooms: a large double bedroom with very high ceilings complete with a private bathroom with shower and wardrobe.
From the living room, a beautiful stone staircase leads to the upper floor where you can find the second double bedroom complete with a private bathroom with shower and wardrobe. Opposite the staircase, there is a lovely mezzanine that can be used as a small living room study, or as a third double bed with a sofa bed. The upper floor is completed by a laundry room with a sink, washing machine/dryer, iron, and ironing board. Apartment Atena has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. Baby bed on request. Pets are not allowed.
